4. Authentication & Cookies

Your data is stored in Supabase, our database and authentication provider. Supabase provides:

For payment processing, we use third-party providers (Razorpay, RevenueCat, or Stripe depending on your platform). These providers handle payment information directly, and we do not store your full payment details.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we perform a soft delete by marking your profile with a deletion timestamp. Your data may be retained for a reasonable period for backup and legal compliance purposes before permanent deletion.

  • Your profile is marked as deleted (soft delete)
  • Your access to the Service is terminated
  • Your data may be retained for backup and legal compliance

Note: Deleting your account does not automatically cancel any active subscriptions. You must cancel subscriptions separately through the relevant payment provider.

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information, including Row-Level Security policies in our database, secure authentication practices, and encrypted data transmission. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

BoardIQ is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.
